There is a lot of people out there trying to avoid getting caught for all manner of things. e.g. Speed fines, drink driving, making U-turns where you are not supposed to. The reason for these evasive practices of course is that people don't like paying fines. Well I ask you - Why do you allow people (government) to set up such stupid policy. Why do you vote for these people?
I say you should stop trying to avoid the consequences of silly laws, and start avoiding the consequences of silly politicians by voting such people out! Better still debunk the system which makes such laws possible. The Westminister system, the US system of government are not legitimate systems for protecting the rights of people. Contrary to your understanding, these political systems were established not to protect you but to aid those whom represent you. The Bill of Rights, the U.S. Constitution, the Magna Carta were documents which were intended to serve the interests of their signatories....not the people.
The lesson in life is that if you want to achieve something you either give people what they want, or you pretend to. These people pretended to give you rights, but all they did was substitute the tyranny of a foreign power with a local one. You are still under someone's thumb, and your standards of comparison are way too low.
